Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that has been designed to a top specification. Included is the use of the hot tub and games room. Located near the market town of Frome, close to many local attractions including Longleat. On some occasions you can sit in the garden and hear the Sea Lions. Our fully equipped one bedroom maisonette, comprises of bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. There is seating for 2 at the bistro table with a high chair and stair gate, provided on request. It has its own private entrance, with Phil and Ceri living in the main house all your needs can be provided. The bedroom has a king size bed and a smart television with free sat. Plenty of draw and hanging space. A dressing table with a hair dryer. A travel cot can also be provided on request. The bathroom has an electric shower, toilet and basin. A shaver socket and a heated towel rail. The kitchen provides you with adequate space to cook, with an oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. There are plates, bowls, pots and pans, knives, forks and spoons and all the kitchen utensils you need for your stay.

Beautiful space with everything you could need and so very close to Longleat. Phil was a fabulous host and we loved meeting the friendly Daisy 🥰 The hottub and games room space was fantastic with pool and darts, TV and music. The hottub was wonderful, prefect temperature and well maintained with space enough for 6 people! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts, would absolutely stay again.
What a wonderful experience for me and my girlfriend. The place was absolutely beautiful, Phil was very responsive and extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
100% would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, it was beautiful! The annexe was super clean and modern and had everything you could need including breakfast bits which was such a lovely touch. The hot tub and games room are brilliant and a great way to spend your evening. Location is fantastic only 20 minutes from the Bath park and ride and about 10 minutes from Longleat Safari Park.
We absolutely loved our two night stay! From booking to arrival Phil & Cerri where extremely helpful, responsive and a pleasure to talk to. I had initially planned on a one night break to celebrate my husband's birthday, but after finding this gem decided to book an additional night, it was brilliant. The accommodation is spot on, lovely bed, shower, everything you need in the kitchen. Games room, fully equipped with pool table, dart board, bar, TV & sound bar, we spent all evening there, listening to music and playing pool. The hot tub is huge and lovely and warm, a real treat. Both hosts welcomed us and lots of little extras really made it special. We will be back!

If there is something you can’t find, we also offer full internet access within the flat. Locally sourced produce can be found in the town especially on market days with the first Sunday of every month seeing the town closed to vehicles for its Frome traders market.
