Ethan’s condo location is perfect for downtown Toronto, walkable to many areas of interest. The condo is exactly as described and Ethan was easy to contact. Perfect space for my husband and I. Would rent again!

Fantastic location – an even more personable host. The apartment could not be better situated or be more ideal for two guests in town for a short stay. If you don't know Toronto, the walkability factor is 10/10. Everything else about the place felt the same. Ethan made the stay effortless, from initial communications to the last. If we're passing through again, this is the place we'll look up first.

We were happy with the stay. It was a bit more affordable than some of the other choices which was the original draw for me. The listing was accurate, the place was clean, and Ethan was very responsive for questions. It offered everything we needed and was close to everywhere we wanted to go. I will be back to it for future stays.
