Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an abundance of natural light filling the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that is fitted with split-type air conditioning and a large, L-shaped sofa. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, is perfect for even the most discerning home chef. Take a seat at the breakfast bar for a quick bite before stepping out to the outdoor dining area, where you can savour a glass of red wine, watch yachts sail through and fire up the BBQ for the perfect al fresco dining experience. When it's time to unwind, two spacious bedrooms offer a touch of luxury. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed with plenty of natural light, while the walk-in robe provides ample storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom features a stylish built-in robe, seamlessly blending functionality with contemporary design, and is furnished with a plush queen bed. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower, a generously sized vanity, and a selection of complimentary amenities. Additionally, a laundry facility with a washing machine is conveniently attached. There is also secure parking for one car.
A clean, well maintained place to stay with a bit of Kiwi influence. From entering to departing, we really enjoyed the stay. Would not hesitate recommending this place to anyone.
This is a lovely apartment in a nice location. The marina is lovely and the beach is a pleasant 20 minute walk away. We loved the location. Unfortunately the apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived at the check in time of 3pm so we had to make some phone calls. It was approximately 5.15 when the cleaners left and we could re enter the apartment. It felt mostly clean, however some of the kitchenware and the cutlery needed to be run through the dishwasher as they weren't very clean. Also the barbecue gas cylinder was empty so my son spent a considerable amount of time driving around looking for gas on the evening we arrived and again the next morning. This was disappointing as one of the reasons we picked this apartment was for the barbecue. Also the outdoor patio area had not been cleaned. The floor needed sweeping and mopping. But I would like to say that both the host and Airbnb were very quick to resolve the issues and despite the initial problems we did enjoy our stay.
We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time, so close to everything at the Marina. Only issue I had was the kitchen tap is ready to fall out and the washing machine was sitting in the middle of the bathroom, which wasn’t really an issue but didn’t look good. I was told the machine was leaking and waiting for repair. Also the gas bottle for the bbq was empty. Apart from that it’s a great little place to stay.

Airport: It takes approximately 45 minutes to drive to Perth Airport, or you can opt for a 2-hour journey by public transport.
Public Transport: The nearest bus stop on Marmion Avenue, after Belleville Gardens, is a 2-kilometer walk away.
