1) The listing advertised the property as suitable for 10 people. However, we found the sleeping arrangements inadequate for a group of 10. The house has two queen beds and one master bed, comfortably accommodating only six people. Even with a queen-size mattress, it will fit only 2 more. There is no space left after that in the master bed to put extra mattresses. 2) While an air mattress was available, it was unsuitable for two people due to its tendency to make excessive noise with even slight movements, disturbing the sleep of anyone using it. 3) Cheap quality beds. The mattresses felt unstable and noisy, which resulted in a restless experience. 4) Some of the coverlets provided were not clean, and there were not enough blankets for 10 people. 4) The living area is too small and dirty bean bags.

I had a delightful stay at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Plently of space and activities for the kids. I highly recommend this place for someone looking for a nice cozy place in the proximity of downtown & riverwalk.

Place was pretty clean, we were unable to use the little putt putt course they had due to all the weeds and stray cats literally everywhere in the neighborhood. Overall, our stay was good though. The host answered all my questions and was very thoughtful.
