Designed with the comfort of home in mind, yet the desire to feel "away from it all", the Little Salt Cottage is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the laid back coastal lifestyle of St. Andrews! The private driveway to the left of the house is yours to use and can comfortably fit two vehicles. As you unpack, be sure to take a moment to catch a glimpse of the ocean from the front yard! Inside, the large entry gives plenty of room to set down your luggage and take in the surroundings. The open-concept main level features a living room with a comfy, oversized couch and two plush chairs, along with a dining nook and a beautiful open kitchen with vaulted ceilings. The whole space has a fresh, airy feel with lots of natural light. Choose between auto drip or pour over for your morning coffee, and control the central heating and air conditioning system from the living room. The first of two bathrooms is also located on the main level, complete with a tub and shower, vanity, and storage. Upstairs, three bedrooms can accommodate up to 5 people. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a twin. Memory foam mattresses, cotton linens, and hypoallergenic pillows make for a comfortable and restful sleep. Wake up to the soft morning light filtering through the curtains (non-blackout). The second full bathroom is an ensuite accessed via the first queen bedroom off the stairs.
