A beautiful, high quality, very well kept villa! The kitchen might be better equipped than my own. AC worked very efficiently in the bedrooms. The view was awesome - both of the sea and of the flamingos in the man-made lagoon below. (An unexpected delight). The infinity pool was perfect and the coloured pool lights were a hit for after dark swimming. The bedrooms vary in size significantly. Bathrooms are spacious. The downstairs unit is self contained with its own kitchenette and is equipped for children/babies. Curaçao is hot so we appreciated the large, covered terrace (which had a brand new BBQ!) and there was usually a nice, often strong, breeze that made the heat bearable during the day. Willemstad is a bit of a drive but there is a grocery store and pharmacy about 15 minutes away. Villa management is very responsive. The driveway is quite steep. There are lots of biting insects but we had a wonderful week with our adult children and their partners and highly recommend this villa!

We had a terrific time at our villa. The home is very new with all modern appliances working well. The home is large enough for 2 families. The gated community was very quiet and the view and patio are spectacular bar none! There is a private -walk down -beach near the entrance where you can park which we enjoyed at dusk several evenings for a last snorkel. The beach at Cas Abou was the clearest we had visited and had a kind and fair scuba shop to assist if you needed anything. As previously mentioned the mosquitos and midges were fierce..and we there hadn’t been any rain 3 weeks prior! Villas and more got back to any of my questions within an hour which was excellent service.

while this residence looked great we had some surprises. One bedroom had a scorpion staying in the bed and took a while to get rid of him. Next was the fees they wanted to charge for running the air conditions during the day. $30 per day. When paying this much that charge should have been included. Garage trucks did not come when expected and dogs really scattered the garage.

A beautiful villa in a beautiful location. We had a few issues with the volume of mosquitos (and one scorpion), but were willing to put up with these annoyances in order to be in such a nice place. The pool was terrific, the space was nice and clean and the views from the deck were spectacular.

Location is fantastic and is 10-15 mins from restaurants and beaches. Proximity to everything was a huge highlight for us. The pool was amazing and the area itself is very quite and feels very safe given its a gated community. Access to the private beach area isn't clearly marked, we requested directions from host and found it. Lots of fish for snorkeling. The kitchen is well supplied and appliances are new. The oven is very small given the unit sleeps 10, you can fit one tray in. The grill is also just a small tabletop one, which isn't really valuable for more than 2 people. A proper sized grill or BBQ would be a fantastic addition. We were 5 and the kitchen had enough room for cooking. The rooms were all very clean and spacious. Something to note is room 4&5 are a seperate entrance on the lower half of the building. wasn't an issue for us but you wouldn't want to leave small children to sleep there alone. We would book again. A grill would solidify we book here again.
