Modern 3-bed/2-bath home with all amenities. Large private rear deck for entertaining! Near downtown Salisbury, Rowan Med Ctr, NC Music Hall of Fame, Transportation Museum, County fairgrounds, Webb Rd Flea Market, shopping, I-85 & 30 mins to Concord Mills / Charlotte Motor Speedway and the Triad (Lexington, Winston-Salem, High Point). Spacious inside and out, sleeps up to 8 people, family sized raised deck for outdoor enjoyment and a large yard on a corner lot with mature back yard trees. Contemporary indoor space with a great lighted outdoor deck for morning coffee, afternoon cookout or evening social!

This was the most perfect place!! 10 minutes from our track and easy to get there!! Quiet and peaceful!! Will be staying here many times next year!!!
James and Maxine went above and beyond to ensure my stay was special. They are very responsive and I had no issues with the house. It was very clean and cute.
James was the nicest and very helpful. We arrived in town due to unforeseen circumstances. He was empathetic to the situation. Wonderful host very responsive to any questions I had. The home was very clean and tidy. I felt at home. The deck was my absolute favorite, so I could recharge listening to the sounds of nature. Which I might add was much needed. The neighborhood was ideal… very quiet and very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you James for your genuine hospitality.
