Jay was a great host and his place was absolutely beautiful, spacious and probably the best experience i ever had with a AirBnB. with a bigger group if was absolutely perfect. Location was great with plenty of malls, restaurants and things to do a very short distance away. Can't recommend this place enough. and if I ever come back this will be the 1st place I look. Thank You Jay!

Jay was an absolutely amazing host! He was readily available and went above and beyond! The residence was great and very accessible. My family and I not only recommend Jay, but i will CERTAINLY be using him again. Thank you again Jay!!!

Overall it was a great stay for me & my family. There were some pros & cons but the pros definitely outweighed the cons. Upon arrival Jay was very responsive and proactive with our questions. Pros: 1. the duplex is as a great surprise ,we didn’t realize it was 2 sides. Having 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms for the amount of people we had was a great plus 2. Beds were incredibly comfortable 3. Had a great amount of supplies (seasonings ,kitchen equipment ) & the place smelled great throughout our whole stay! 4. Clean Cons: 1. The Wi-Fi would go out for periods of time. I’m not sure if the router could take everyone logged in if it’s a full capacity Overall we would love to return and hopefully the con would be solved for the future

We found Jay's place after our original booking for Christmas week was cancelled in September by the hosts with no explanation. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise-much more convenient location, two separate but connected three-bedroom units that fit our family of 13 well, very clean and extremely comfortable beds. Jay even made sure a fully decorated and lit Christmas tree was waiting for us with individual gifts for the five children in our group. Jay went above and beyond to make our holiday week special. He was always quick to respond with restaurant recommendations and to answer questions. Highly recommend Jay's place for a family gathering.
