The space was lovely and perfect for a group of 4. Cozy, warm fireplace, and great hot tub for soaking after a hike. Max was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Hope to stay here again.

Nice location and very lovely house. A lot smaller than expected and was perfect for just two people but ideally would not have more than 4 it is a very small place. They provided everything you need and had very nice appliances. The kitchen was very lovely and all the dishes and utensils were very clean. We had a great time and would definitely love to come back again.

Incredibly *beautiful* place. Sadly, there was no microwave or working internet (so no TV/movies). We messaged Max immediately his reply was just copy/pasted check-in instructions. I replied that we already had those and our issue is a different problem. We could see he read it, but never responded. We then decided to go use hot tub and found it was full of white fuzz/mold. Messaged again. Was "read" but with no reply. Waited until almost noon next day and called Airbnb. They reached out to him and he then became very responsive. We only had 2 nights there, didn't get internet until 6pm our last night and were never able to use the hot tub. It was our first anniversary and wasn't at all what we hoped it to be. He ended up being apologetic and communicative but our stay was more than half over by then. He ended up offering us another stay and if he makes good on it, we would 100% try again. It's absolutely dreamy, but unfortunately our experience wasn't.

Highly encourage anyone to take some time out of the city and find peace and tranquility here in beautiful Ariel. Close to the Cougar Bar & Grill where our daughter loves their burgers, hiking everywhere, close to the lakes and of course The Ape Caves and Mt. St. Helens. There is truly so much to do. Gorgeous setting, beautiful cabin, spotless and stress free... HIGHLY recommend.
