It was an quick escape from reality, truly a worthwhile stay. Superb and very accomodating customer care. We would love even more if we were able to use the amenities much longer especially the pool given the scorching heat of the Metro. To be honest, it was disappointing and a bit unfortunate to know that orginally it was 'under construction', but it turned out not. It's understandable that it's out of the owner's hand, they we're too just informed by the building admins, but still customers take it as part of their staycation checklist and perks. Beyond that, it is way more recommended to stay in this unit. Hopefully, we can spend more meaningful and restful time in this place again. Kudos, Welgo!
Really liked the ambiance (huge windows, loft bedroom, pleasant interior) and how spacious and homey the space is (lots of storage and amenities, never felt cramped, has 2 bathrooms, has full kitchen supplies, plenty of bath towels and paper towel). Location also is accessible to many establishments so it's easy to do shopping and get meals. Some things I'm looking forward to see improved is there to be a bidet installed, for the downstairs bathroom to not be easily-lockable from the outside, for the floor-to-ceiling windows to be hopefully clearer for scenic photos of the view outside, and for there to be no need to sign in with personal subscriptions to Netflix and the like. Easily a 4.5/5. Would be nice if there are additional activities installed like a gaming console or karaoke but that's just a personal preference. Will return when in the area again 😊
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! You won't regret booking this unit! 🙂 I booked this to celebrate my birthday and simply have personal time alone. Everything was perfect until I was advised that the amenities cannot be used due to temporary closure, I just felt really disappointed since it should've been the highlight of my stay, I ended up just watching movie the whole day lol. Although Welgo team offered me extra hour prior check-out, it was then utilized to clean the unit on my last day (not required tho, I just felt really bored 🙃). Still rating my stay a great one! Anyways, the unit was incredibly cozy and impeccably clean. It felt like a home away from home, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Also, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches throughout the accommodation, from a stocked kitchen needs to extra pillows. It is also pet-friendly unit, except cats are not allowed. Overall, my staycation at this Airbnb was exceptional. 💛

I enjoyed my stay. I love how clean and cozy the unit is. Very nice host and they always reply to me really fast. I would love to come back and book with Welgo again. This was my 3rd stay with them, different units but all are amazing.

Outside of Eastwood Travels, you can easily book a Grab and pin "One Eastwood Avenue Tower 1" or if you prefer to commute, there is usually buses and jeeps along C5 going to or from different points e.g. Cubao, BGC - Market! Market!, Mckinley Hill, Pasay (Newport) etc.
