Vue imprenable sur l'Isola Bella et la mer. L'appartement est moderne, bien équipé, joliment décoré, spacieux avec très joli petit jardin et terrasse. Pour accéder à la piscine ainsi qu'à la grotte de mer un peu de marche à faire à travers le complexe, escaliers et ascenseurs ensuite pour les différents niveaux.

As a family of 6, we enjoyed our stay. Pros: - Location. Walking distance to the cable car. Private access to the sea with a fantastic swimming location. Beautiful views from the garden. - Easy parking - ACs in all bedrooms - Clear descriptions/videos on how to access the property and navigate the confusing layout - Fast response times from the friendly property manager Cons: - It took several weeks to get in touch with a contact who could answer our questions prior to arrival. No reply from airbnb inbox. - Unclear how to turn on the living room AC. Needed help from property manager. - Shower hot water would finish quickly. - AC in one of the bedrooms was struggling to work well on our last night. - Unclear description of the property. Essentially there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the main property, 1 bedroom and ensuite accessible via an outside staircase from the main property. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom accessible via a separate apartment nextdoor.

I found the photos very misleading. The place especially the bedrooms looked nothing like the photos and the public pool was the main picture. We assumed it was our own private room. We could have stayed at the four seasons if we paid just a little more per night. There was an odd smell downstairs and overall the place didn’t feel clean. Also couldn’t find the other bathrooms which were listed. The door was locked and if there was a key… we weren’t told about it. Never met the host but he was nice and responsive. My suggestion is to price this fairly or invest in making it up to par with what you’re charging.
