This beautiful three bedroom apartment is a perfect holiday home for those who are looking for stylish, spacious and comfortable stay at one of the most prestigious areas of Marrakech - Palmeraie. Apartment is located in the gated residency with 24/7/365 security, hectares of communal grounds with several swimming pools, lake and kids play ground. Minutes drive from the best hotels and places to eat and other tourist attractions. This airy and bright holiday home provides a lot of space and comfort. Good size living room with plenty of windows leading to the huge terrace with outdoor salon. There is a wall mounted TV with IPTV subscription, possibility to connect to your Netflix account and other apps, fireplace and plenty of seating space. You will enjoy making your meals in our very comfortable and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and other useful appliances. Kitchen also has a direct access to the terrace where 6 seater dining table is placed. Master suite has its own shower room/wc and direct access to the terrace. There are another two double bedrooms and a family bathroom/wc.

Oh wow! OMG! What a place! Don’t have words to describe this house! House is stunning! Location it’s private and it’s got an amazing pool (big pool was shut but even the small ones were deep enough to enjoy) The amenities of the house are ideal too, some essentials needed and basics, towels and also has a very aesthetic shampoo + gel Also has air con and the deco it’s just amazingly shocking! You will feel so comfortable and at peace Such such a great house!
Absolute bargain. A bit far from the centre but at the same time extremely peaceful. Great pool, lovely balcony. Would definitely visit again
Logement fidèle à la description, bien équipé pour quatre personnes, calme et très confortable. Nous avon passe un très bon séjour, la résidence est cependant vieillissante. Voiture obligatoire.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec notre famille, l’appartement est beaucoup plus grand que sur les photos, l’environnement paisible, calme, reposant et facile d’accès. Merci à Egle pour sa réactivité et disponibilité, tout a été mis en œuvre pour que nous ayons à notre arrivée un taxi avec Sofiane comme chauffeur grâce à qui nous avons pu effectuer nos déplacements à toutes heures, mais aussi Wafa l’excellente cuisinière qui nous a préparée de succulents repas typique du Maroc, thé ect… Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

There is Carrefour supermarket close by together with few restaurants, money exchange office, ATM and taxi station.
Just next door to the residency you can enjoy camel or quod rides or just take a walk through palm forests and enjoy best African sunsets!
