We were very pleased with our stay. It was extremely clean and well stocked. The area was convenient to everything we needed. The entrance to the complex is tricky to find but not the fault of the owner. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was super clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I was concerned about the safety of the apartment complex itself both inside and out. There were overgrown bushes/grass against the fence, huge potholes and abandoned vehicles in the parking area. The complex was old and poorly maintained. There were electrical issues with light switches (shorts). There were also multiple trip and fall hazards. The flooring was loose and coming up in the dining area. The hand rails were loose on the stairs and stairway lighting was poor. The carpet is old and needs to be replaced. Overall it didn’t feel that safe to me. None of this is a reflection on the host.

Our stay was fantastic! Kohnoisseur was incredibly responsive, making communication a breeze. The location was perfect, with numerous dining options nearby. The house matched the photos exactly, ensuring no surprises. Overall, a seamless experience. Highly recommend!
