The Dolomiti 1 apartment enjoys a privileged position in the historic center of Bolzano in the pedestrian area, a stone's throw from Piazza Walther, 400 m from the railway station and 700 m from the Ötzi Museum. The apartment is available with fast WiFi, air conditioning, 32" LED TV with Netflix and Prime Video, paid garage at 20m and supermarket at 50m. The apartment is located on the second floor accessible by lift and the 2 windows overlook the internal stairwell. The surface of 26m2 consists of a room with a dining table and benches, a kitchen-living room with a large sofa bed for two people measuring 160 x 200cm, a double loft bed accessible by ladder, Wardrobe. The furnishings are completed by air conditioning, fast WiFi, 32" TV with Netflix and Prime Video, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, boiler, toaster, coffee machine, moka and large fridge.

very quiet apartment in the centre of bolzano. It stays very cool inside even though it was very hot outside lots of good food around would recommend

Nice place in the middle of Bolzona, great hosts, who reply quickly, and very tidy and well-prepared apartment. Can recommend a stay! However, the windows were not facing outside but the stairwell, which was unfortunate. The parking close to the apartment was very expensive, which was not favorable for us staying several nights, and we had to find other options, which was difficult.

Reaching our apartment is very easy. If you come by train from the station exit, take via Laurino which is opposite and follow it up to via dei Grappoli and then via Bottai. In total, after 400 m you will have arrived at via Bottai 22.
If, on the other hand, you arrive by car, look on G Maps for the Mondschein Luna car park where it is possible to park with payment. The pedestrian exit of the car park, which is located opposite the car entrance, is located almost opposite of the number 22 in via Bottai
