Relax and enjoy your stay in the heart of the beautiful Sun Rivers Golf Resort. No need to drive anywhere with the Club House and Masons Bar and Grill a 3 minute walk away. When not on the course, take in the panoramic city views from the comfort of your personal deck or unwind catching your favourite Netflix, Prime or Disney movies on any one of the three flat screens. Should you wish to head out on the town you'll find whatever your heart desires within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Welcome to your home away from home. Upon entering, you will find the space to be delightfully relaxing as we endeavour to create a vibe meant to sooth the soul. The furniture and decor is intentionally soft and calming. Of special note, the fully integrated sound system will provide you with the option of filling the whole house, including the deck, with the music of your preference. Both bedrooms are equipped with pillow topped beds, fine linens, soft pillows, extra bedding and towels, and your own private HD TV's loaded with popular streaming platforms along with cable TV. The Master includes a king bed, walk-in closest and large ensuite bathroom with full steam shower. The second bedroom is located adjacent to the full guest bathroom, which is equally well-appointed with quality shower products. Sun Rivers is located at the junction of the Transcanada Hwy and Hwy 5 north, making it a central location with easy access to any part of the city and beyond. Also, Sun Rivers is an extremely safe community in that it has only one road in/out and which is monitored for vehicles via cameras 24/7. Plus the local Police Detachment is located just outside the entrance to the community. - 20 minutes to YXU Airport - 45 minutes to Sun Peaks Ski Resort - 3 minutes to Grocery Market - 10 minutes to any part of the business/shopping/restaurant district - 15 minutes to MacArthur Island Sports Centre - 15 minutes to TRU and TTC - 10 minutes to Riverside Park and the Sandman Centre

This place was perfect!! The house was gorgeous clean well laid out and stocked with everything you would need. Bed was super comfy. Furniture was plush and relaxing. The view was mind blowing and so beautiful day and night! Rita was helpful and quick to respond. The area was lovely and the restaurant which is a 2 minute walk was delicious!

The beautiful landscaping, rolling hills and quiet streets of Sun Rivers community make this neighbourhood a walker’s dream. We surround the Big Horn Golf Course, which is within 5 minutes drive of the downtown and 10 minutes from Costco, Sahali shopping district, and TRU.
There is transit available to the downtown exchange terminal just a few minutes walk away. From there you’ll have transit to anywhere in the city.
There is absolutely no street parking in Sun Rivers, however there is 48 hour visitor parking within a few minutes walk from the house.

I love people of all sorts. My passion has always been getting to know people from all walks of life and learning a bit of their history. I’ve always loved to travel but now I’m enjoying travellers coming to me. I’m originally from Ontario but fell in love with the west coast when on holidays in the 80’s and have never regretted my move to BC. Kamloops has been home now for 3 decades and I can’t imagine living anywhere else.
