The property, a modern, spacious and well equipped town house, is situated within the established residential area of Corstorphine about three miles west of Edinburgh City Centre. Corstorphine has an abundance of local amenities, including grocery stores, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and leisure/recreational facilities. The property is serviced by an excellent bus service (2 mins walk away) in which to access the city centre, airport and all that Edinburgh has to offer. Our lovely home is in a great location at the west side of Edinburgh. It is only a 5 minute walk to Corstorphine Village which has an abundance of fantastic bars, cafes and restaurants such as the Torfin Bar, Café Vigo, The Village Café, Mimi’s Bakehouse, Bon tea along with numerous restaurants and fast food take away premises. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the house affording excellent links to the City Centre (20 minutes), Airport (15 Minutes) and The Gyle Shopping Centre (10 minutes). Local shops including a Scotmid can be found nearby at Drumbrae with further local shops, banking facilities and other social amenities available nearby at St John’s Road. There is also a large 24 hour Tesco and a Lidl supermarket nearby. The Gyle Shopping Centre is only a few minutes drive away. Recreational facilities in the area include the Drumbrae Leisure Centre, the Gym group and David Lloyd Gym and racquet club. Your room has a very comfortable Super King Size Deluxe bed and plenty of space for your clothes and belongings. You will have your own TV with freeview and Netflix, plus free wi-fi. We have a large well-equipped kitchen / Dining room, where you can make coffee, tea or some quick meals for yourself. You can also enjoy our private garden any time you like, it enjoys the sun for most of the day. There are also Tea and Coffee making facilities in your room. We have free on street parking if you should need this!
