Our family stay at andrew and Tricias house was ideal. A couple of minutes walk to the bus which brings you directly to the city centre/airport. Shops nearby and very quiet area. The house was very comfortable with everything you would need. Andrew was extremely helpful if we had any question before or during the trip. Would highly recommend.

Andrew is an immensely helpful host who offered local information making our stay very easy and pleasant and also helped with last minute check in\out requests. The home was very clean and well equipped and in a very good location to get around even boasting a local cinema and shopping complex. It has been a pleasure to stay in Edinburgh for the first time and will most certainly stay at Andrew’s place again on our next visit. Thank you, Andrew & Patricia, for a lovely experience.

A very clean home. Excellent communication from Andrew. Great location for us, we had a car and had a parking place at the house. The city is around a 15 min drive away (approx 5 miles). The beds were clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. Fantastically well stocked kitchen of appliances. Sadly, we only used the kettle. It was great to have the basics, milk, breakfast, and tea towels. The house was as described and matched the photos. There's a few shops a 5 min walk away if you need some food or other supplies. A very helpful and friendly host, an easy recommendation.
