We had a really brilliant stay! Neil’s property is beautiful, modern and very comfortable with everything we needed. The recent decoration of this historic building has real attention to detail with stunning effect. The location is outside the city centre but it is super easy to use public transport to get in and out that we actually preferred it. Perfect place to relax when our daughter went to bed after a busy day in town which was just what we wanted. We will definitely use this as our base again when visiting Edinburgh. Highly recommend! 👍🏻✨

Clean, spacious & stylish flat - the location was very convenient for the things I had planned. Only minor downsize was I couldn't work out the heating control and with the open plan design and the bedroom upstairs it was a bit too warm even on a cold night...but overall a good place to stay.

Wonderful property in a great city. Original design with great features, and very comfortable. The tea and coffee were very welcome. Excellent bus and train links

We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to book again in the future. The apartment is exactly as described, and the host is very friendly and responsive. The location is great if you're looking to be just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city center. In terms of the location, there is private off-street parking and a quiet courtyard where you access the apartment, and we were able to access the canal for a scenic walk very easily, which was great. There is a grocery shop within walking distance for any needed items. We had a wonderful stay.
