最基本的用品也没有: 1-没有毛巾（还好我自己带了） 2-没有洗发水，此问题和房东沟通多次，房东也口头答应会提供，但最终没有兑现。真的非常令人生气 !

This is an excellent location if you need to be at the airport. If you want to use the shower, bring towels/ bath supplies. We were there for a couple hours and that was it. So for what we needed it was great!

Convenient location close to the airport. It's not exactly the nicest area to spend your whole visit to NYC in, but it's perfect for a night before your flight! The space is clean, but very simply decorated. It was missing some small touches like hangers in the closet, but overall, it was a nice place. Only real complaint was that there were no towels at all in my room or the bathroom. I sent a message asking for the correct wifi password and some towels, and the towel situation was ignored.
