The building itself is an old Grade II listed medieval building, so the floor is uneven, but the high ceilings give the space an expansive and airy feel. I am lucky to have a balcony with views of the Abbey. It is absolutely stunning at sunset, where you can chill on the garden chair and watch the swifts and swallows dance in the dusky skies of Tewkesbury. There is also a patio area too with fairy lights which comes on at night. There is free parking up to 2 hours and after 6 at The Back Of Avon, but paid parking is only 5mins from the flat. The flat is 1 min away from Tewkesbury Ham, where you can walk along the Severn and Avon, and check out the gorgeous weir.
