We loved meeting Richard who was the friendliest host we have ever met. We had already connected on our mutual love of dogs and he left dog books out for our amusement. The waterside view is unparalleled and the short walk to the village was very convenient as parking can be tight in the town. Everything was taken care of for us. The house is charming and though could use some work, was cute, cozy and very clean. We had a super three days there.

Breathtaking views! The home is located in A+++ location and is located a short 2 minute walk to the beautiful, chic town of Northport. There are many restaurants and shops within short walking distance. We strolled to a bakery for breakfast and wow! Rivals any bakery I’ve been to in Paris. The home is located directly on the Long Island sound, down a flight of stairs. Parking is either on the road across the street or a short distance to a parking lot. I elected to park in the lot and walk a minute back to the house. Upon arrival you will first encounter a very large deck perched over the water and a view that will take your breath away. I was early and Richard met me to show me around the house, which is charming, welcoming and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You will be treated to stunning views from every room. Richard responded quickly to all correspondence and is a super nice host. We highly recommend this special home and won’t hesitate to return.

The house is not fancy, it is charming- welcoming, clean and comfortable. The view of the bay from every room is breathtaking. Richard is a great host. We hope he continues to offer this one of a kind property!
