Indulge in the authenticity of our lovely apartment while enjoying a unique experience of stay! The location of the house is ideal for every visitor who desires to experience the rhythms of the town, since a plethora of restaurants, cafeterias, markets etc are found a breath away from our apartment! The house is situated on the 1st and 2nd floor of a 3 floors building and has it’s own private external entrance. The 1st floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a living room, a dining table and a beautiful balcony! An internal metallic staircase provides access to the 2nd floor! A double bed with an ensuite bathroom and a balcony with magnificent views to the sea and the mountains complete the facilities of this floor and guarantee memorable holidays! Distances from points of interest • 250 meters ( 4 minutes by foot ) away from the port • 350 meters ( 5 minutes by foot) away from the parking • 300 meters ( 4 minutes by foot) away from the market • 3 km ( 8 minutes by car) away from Glifoneri beach

We had a great stay here. It's close to the port and front, with a lovely balcony view of the sea.
Manolis was very kind and extremely responsive. The apartment is beautiful and has a view at the port. It is located right in the city center, so it might get a bit loud during the night. Perfect for couples!

Manolis è stato molto disponibile fin da subito. Ha prenotato per noi un taxi che ci ha permesso di raggiungere Skopelos da Glossa. Una volta arrivati a casa ci ha spiegato tutto quello che ci occorreva e ci ha consigliato la sua guida del posto, molto utile per visitare i posti più belli dell'isola, per mangiare in ottimi ristoranti e godere a meglio del soggiorno a Skopelos. Inoltre è sempre stato molto veloce a rispondere alle nostre richieste. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti anche dalla pulizia della casa che abbiamo ricevuto a metà del soggiorno, inaspettata e molto gradita. Alloggio assolutamente consigliato, vicino a tutti i servizi e a locali carini per trascorrere le serate.
Very nice little apartment with a great view of the port. Location is amazing right in the centre of the city, very folkloristic and alive with bars and restaurants. Manolis was very responsive and kind and communication went smoothly during our stay.

Hello! My name is Manolis Sofikitis. I come from Skopelos, where I grew up, and yes(!) I had a pretty amazing childhood growing up here! My family, my parents and siblings, are involved with tourism since I can remember! So even though, I got my degree as an Electrical Engineer from Chania, Crete, I decided to return to Skopelos and do what I always loved to, hosting people from all over the world and helping them get the best out of their vacations. I try to spend as much time as possible in Skopelos countryside, mountains and beaches and to explore the abundant hidden surprises of nature. Either by bicycle, by foot, by boat or even by car there are so many amazing places to discover around the island. I like listening and playing music. I am experimenting with piano, trumpet and mpouzouki (the most popular traditional Greek music instrument), and lucky me (and you!) we have a long tradition of Rembetiko (folklore Greek) music in Skopelos, which you can enjoy in many taverns and in lots of genres.
