This newly renovated artsy bungalow offers a convenient, peaceful and stylish place to stay while exploring the Burlington/Winooski area. The 3 bed 1 3/4 bath home is nestled on a quiet street in vibrant Winooski. The home is a 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington & the airport, and a short walk to the river, several cafes, restaurants, pubs, and a brewery. Winooski is referred to as “the Brooklyn of Burlington” because of the foodie scene and rich cultural diversity. The artsy bungalow is the perfect place for 1-5 people that are looking for comfort, personality, and a private space to reside. The home has been thoughtfully designed is equipped with: - 2 comfy beds (downstairs: 1 queen-sized and upstairs: 1 full-sized) and a full-sized inflatable mattress to accommodate a 5th guest. - A high-quality leather couch, futon couch, & daybed/reading nook - Luxurious bathroom with heated floors and a toilet with a heated seat, bidet, & bum dryer - 2 Full showers & 1 bathtub - An office desk for those who need to take care of business on their stay - A Roku enabled TV & DVD player for movie nights - Full kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, coffee, tea, spices, cooking oil, and all cookware - Free street parking - Towels, and other extra amenities - Stairs that are easy to climb Backyard shared with backyard Winooski Cottage guest: - Fire pit with Adirondack chairs - Outdoor table and chairs & corn-hole set (April-November) - In the summer, guests can enjoy my garden's harvest Check in anytime after 3PM (please plan for 3PM but, upon request, I can message you if it is ready sooner) Check out: 11AM Other things to Note: Guests must agree to abide by the below COVID precautions and no smoking or pets policy. COVID-precautions: As guests enter, they will see hand sanitizer to use. Additionally, all dishes must be sanitized by using the dishwasher using the detergent under the sink before being put away. Please be considerate of those in the community that will to remain at a 6 ft distance. Masks and proof of vaccination are required in some locations such as music venues in town so please come prepared. Thank you again for doing your part. Sleeping arrangements & no pet policy: I can only accommodate five guests ( including kids) in the bungalow (4 is ideal as there is one queen & one full sized bed; there is an inflatable mattress for the 5th guest: an additional $10/night is charged for the 5th guest ). I’m sorry but no pets are permitted at this time. Parking: Street parking is readily available. Access: I will send guests a key code for the bungalow via AirBnB messages when the reservation is confirmed so they can enter any time after 3PM and make themselves at home (very flexible self check-in).
