The house was beautiful with lots of space for our family of 5. The house was in a lovely location and was easy to get around to local places of interest especially National Trust places and the beach. However we did encounter a few problems with the house such as: The toilet seat in the en-suite was wobbly. We couldn’t use the shower as it had a leak, the blind was also broken in the bedroom. The pillows and duvets had stains on them which was noticed when we stripped the beds on the last day ( no protectors on the bedding ) The downstairs bedroom the blind wouldn’t pull up so was in darkness for the week. The cloth and brush in the kitchen should have been replaced prior to our visit. The hot tub would only heat up to 36 degrees which meant it was too chilly to spend too much time in.

My family and I (2 adults, 3 kids, aged 15, 14 and 10) had a lovely stay at Sarah's house. Short drive to Cromer and within easy reach of other lovely coastal towns and villages. House is spacious with a lovely homely feel and I loved the central wood burner.

One of the loveliest airbnb’s we’ve had the pleasure of staying at in Norfolk. Sarah was on hand for anything we needed and even suggested we check out a little later on our last day. The house is much bigger than the pictures show and the hot tub was a fab addition to our stay! If you’re coming with kids; they’ll feel very welcome here with toy boxes and 2 large lounge areas. There’s a massive kitchen with everything you need to cook. Lots of plates, pots, pans and some store cupboard bits (salt, herbs) You’ll need to bring your own milk, butter, bread & tea bags/coffee. If you like a national trust you can walk to Felbridge Hall in about 15 mins: turn left out of the house, head to the end of the street into the gate. It’s great for a run too. There’s a lovely pub we’d highly recommend called The Pigs (super family friendly, with a massive playground & indoor games room!) 20min drive away. Food is really good too. All in all a really lovely stay, thank you so much Sarah!

Sarah is a fantastic host! From the outset you know what’s what and help was on hand. The house is amazing and suited the family. I would stay again

The house was great for our purpose, a family gathering. The house is very practical, spacious and child friendly. We were 6 adults and 2 children plus an infant. The hot tub was a big hit and brightened up the cold December weather. The house location is great - walking distance from the beautiful Felbrigg Estate. Visits to the coast, Sherringham woods, and picturesque Holt are easy by car. A lovely stay- thank you.
