Our beautiful new 3BR half-duplex house with a private entrance and private fenced backyard is on a quiet street, within walking distance to everything in Kitsilano, a beautiful seaside community of Vancouver with a lively beach (4 mins by car) and vibrant shopping streets West 4th Avenue and West Broadway. Completely private, self-contained. A short walk to stores or choose among several coffee shops, pubs, fast food and a variety of international cuisines in every price category. It's a lovely new Kitsilano craftsman-style 3-bedroom half-duplex house with 4 bathrooms in a friendly, safe, garden-like neighbourhood, perfect for couples or a group of travelers. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1: first floor, Queen bed, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: first floor, two Twin beds, bathroom. Bedroom 3: second floor, Queen bed, balcony, ensuite bathroom. The house has air-conditioning for the summer and floor heating for the winter. The guests have access to a large patio with a paved area and grass area in a private fenced backyard.

The house is spot on amazing. Perfect for group of friends or family who are looking for a home that is clean and quite. The house itself is very cozy and every toiletries has been provided.
Marek is a great host. The place is really clean and it is newly renovated. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great as well. It is close to everything.
We were in town for a family wedding and found Marek’s place pristine. It had a nice seating area, kitchen and dining room, and all the bedrooms rooms had their own bathrooms with heated floors. Well beyond our expectations!!!!
Awesome home, great location - highly recommend! The host, Marek, is easy to communicate with and responds promptly. Check-in was easy, clear instructions and we felt safe and secure. We especially appreciated the automated outdoor lights when we returned in the evenings. The home is perfect - clean, comfortable and well laid out. There is lots of storage, places to hang coats, etc. The living and kitchen area has room for everyone - with a nice dining table and chairs, comfortable couches and chairs. We loved the cozy fireplace and simple decor. The kitchen is well stocked - we appreciated the multiple cups, plates, etc. The house has 4 bathrooms with extra towels, etc! The beds, linens and bedrooms were all comfortable and clean. Having the heated floors was heavenly - especially with the rainy cool days! It's obvious that Marek and Monika have thought through how to make their lovely new space a very comfortable, clean and great place for a holiday vacation. Highly recommend!

This is a quiet, residential neighbourhood with tree-lined streets and lots of parks. Close to University of BC, walking distance to lots of shopping, countless restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries, grocery stores, drug stores and produce stores, pubs and active nightlife as well as parks, beaches and other family-oriented activities on land as well as on water.
Cars: There is one un-fenced parking spot on the property and there is plenty of free, unrestricted, street parking in front of the house.
Bus : West Broadway, a few minute walk, has many buses going west to UBC, east to downtown, or south to the airport.
Bike/Run: Kitsilano & Jericho beach, UBC endowment trails and forests, Granville Island and False Creek.
Walk: Minutes away are good restaurants (all price levels), interesting shopping, great parks, public beaches, nice local gardens.
