David's place is wonderful - the neighborhood is very charming and so close to the water. The apartment was filled with plenty of snacks and beverages to make us feel right at home. It was impeccably clean as well. One note - when you check-in, communication is handled through someone else who manages the property, but they were very easy to communicate with and ensured that our check-in was smooth. Great hosts.

The place was charming, cozy and conveniently located for easy walking and access. The perfect home base for our family to rendezvous for the weekend. David and Chad set us up with clear instructions and super easy check-in. We arrived to thoughtful provisions and a warm welcome. We would definitely rent the place again!

We have visited Vancouver several times as we have had kids attend UBC. This is a great location between UBC and Vancouver's downtown. An easy Uber ride to restaurants downtown as well as a walk to nearby places. A safe neighborhood and close to an IGA to get groceries.

Fantastic location - cute neighborhood, seconds from a big grocery store, easy to park, also close to the local & express bus stops & beautiful walking options. Hosts are great communicators and home is comfy. We stayed and worked from here for 2 weeks
