This Lower Level Fully Contained Suite is ideally suited for Longer Stays. Centrally located in Newmarket and only a few steps to Upper Canada Mall. Free parking for one vehicle. Separate keypad Entrance. Close to Parks, Walking Trails, Transit, Restaurants, South Lake Regional Hospital etc. This lovely, modern, lower level suite comes fully contained with kitchen with full size fridge, stove top and dishwasher. Separate modern bathroom & laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and work station with adjustable height desk. Walk-in closet with shelves. Cozy dining area for two. Spacious living room with sofa and love seat with 55” Smart TV and Electric Fireplace and even a storage area for suitcases.

Very nice, cozy spot. Extremely clean and tidy, brand new, mint condition. Super close to lots of good shopping, nice neighborhood, quiet neighbours. Stayed here while working night shift, slept fine all day. Also, the bed is very comfortable.

This is a Safe, Quiet, Family Friendly neighbourhood, close to parks with walking trails, steps to Upper Canada Mall, close to Transit, close to EVERYTHING, including Southlake Regional Hospital.
This suite comes with one free parking spot for our Guests, directly in front of the right side black garage door. The keypad is on the right side of the garage door and you can access your private lower suite via this door.
