Warm and sunny flat, great for anyone planing to visit Edinburgh for short or long stay Flat has free parking space in case you are coming by car and a safe bike storage. Ideal place for anyone travelling on a budget or student that is still looking for accommodation. There are many travel options to city centre, best one being Edinburgh tran service 15min you are in the city centre. All day Bus route 25 take 30min bus stop 5min from flat. I hope to see you soon. Private room, shared bathroom and shared kitchen.

very nice！
Had a great time at Fernando’s place. The area is quiet and is about 30 minutes from the city center by bus or tram, connections are frequent. I had troubles opening the door at first, but Fernando was very quick to respond and helped with it.

Sighthill is a labour neighbourhood most of the neighbourhood is made of tenement flat and today is inhabited by polish and Spanish immigrants. It was build in 1955 post World War Two when the demand for housing was at its peak at the time folk had large families and having a bathroom was a private luxury in a home.
The neighbourhood is safe although look a bit brutalist style of construction.
I been living here for 7 years and nothing has ever happened to me.
There is free on street car park in front of the flat. There are always spaces avaliable.
