There is also a 2.2 mile wooded hiking trail and several ponds to explore, an RV site on property & more! ***The living room sleeper sofa was made to order by Joybird for the ultimate in pull out bed comfort and support, and will not arrive until July 19th, 2023, so this property is best for 2 people until after that date. ***The entire house is having privacy blinds installed in August, 2023. In the meantime, there are temporary curtains up in the bedroom for your privacy. The 1800s native limestone home was built by an Austrian immigrant who was a master stone maker. Generations lived in the house prior to the 60's Franklin Lloyd Wright style home was built next door. In 2023, the limestone house was restored and designed to be a bridge between past and present. The owners live on the ranch . . . he is a business man/hunter, she is a contracting officer/yoga teacher/world traveler - you will feel the influence of both the present and past owners in every inch of this historic home. The home is truly East/West, a functional Feng Shui, and makes for a unique stay that feels out of this world in a good way. In designing the main floor and its furnishings, we also held it to be very important that the main floor (other than the original covered porch) is accessible for mobility concerns.
