Although it was a short stay we had a great experience and especially the host Kameshwari and the family have been very sweet. The host was sweet enough to agree for an early check-in and provide us with the transpiration facilities. It would be our go to place whenever we are back to Tirupati.

The apartment is a double story 3 bhk apartment . The flat is well furnished and each of the room is equipped with all the amenities. This place is a wonderful stay to be. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The checkin process was very smooth. The caretaker was also helpful and she bought all the stuffs from market when asked. Only problem is the flat is located 1.5kms inside from main road and cabs and autos are difficult to find here.

We are 4 adults and one 8months infant, it was a great place to stay with family, I strongly recommend for family stay and friends get-together, stay definitely value for money. the team was very friendly and responsive through out the stay.. the ambience of the place is a mix of modern and traditional my family members are completely satisfied and more convenient, actually I booked this place with double minded but the stay and the team really satisfied my expectations.. the host kameshwari was very supportive and kind.. Thanks a lot for the great support and hospitality of kalpatharu team.. very good initiative. Keep it up.. I strongly recommend for family stay.. The only difficultly we faced was on cooking vessel's not suitable for induction stove, They committed that they are going for a gas stove upgrade..

the host was very friendly, always ready to help us out if needed, instructions on how to reach the property were very clearly given,it was very clean we felt right at home. has an amazing view of hills from the top floor.
