Amazing experience
Casa Bella vista was great to spend time with the family, the howler monkeys and birds will make you be up early, at night the wind gusts can be pretty noisy. I do recommend bringing your own pillows for Nicaragua. I suppose good pillows are just a luxury. All in all it was a great stay. Also, definitely bring a 4x4 vehicle, and tree casa is a must
Paul’s home was a great option for our family. It is very close to TreeCasa (actually inside the same neighborhood so you can enter TreeCasa for free.) The name of the house is Bella Vista and that is the best part of the home. We enjoyed the views from the Palapa which was shaded at all hours of the day. The house was very clean and all the beds and furniture were comfortable. The house stays at a naturally a cool temperature but also has air conditioners for sleeping. There is high speed internet. A grocery store is only 5 to 7 minutes away and the house is very close to the central town of San juan Del sur. We are already recommending to our friends as it is a very good stay for the price. Also, the hosts are friendly and responsive. 5 ⭐️

Anne and I (Paul) are most recently from Vancouver, Canada and have been avid travellers for the past 25 years. It was during a trip to Honduras in 2005 that we first started thinking about owning vacation property ourselves and our home in San Juan del Sur is the happy culmination of those plans. We have since expanded our rental business to include several other properties in the San Juan del Sur area. We approach all our properties with the same goal: to pair adventurous people with amazing places to stay.
