It’s very easy to find, in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. No traffic or noise, just birds and a playful dog. The studio was exactly as pictured and everything is rather new. If you plan on cooking, you do need to bring your own ingredients as there wasn’t much besides salt and pepper, tea and coffee. But we enjoy going out to the local restaurants, and this was not a problem for us at all. We highly recommend downtown Paso Robles for an evening of shopping, dining, art galleries, wine tasting, and just walking through the streets around the park. We also ate close by in Templeton and Atascadero. It was a wonderful trip with perfect accommodations.

Very nice and clean guest house to stay in. Beautiful and Peaceful surroundings. We had a little trouble figurng out the TV. But overall very nice accommodations and his friendly Dog to greet you at the gate and in the morning... :) We would rsvp again if ever in the area. Thank you Bassam.

Great hospitality! As well as beyond helpful we only had tv difficulties but Bassam quickly helped us out with that situation, an easy fix. Beautiful house and a very playful dog, adorable tonsay the least. Highly recommend Bassams home!

Bassam was a life saver when I needed a last min booking. Very responsive and I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. He had coffee and tea options, huge washer and dryer (as a nurse who traveles with tons of scrubs, this was a God send!). The bed was comfortable. Really had everything I could ask for! Lastly, his dog was such a love! Greeted me when I arrived, tail wagging and walked me to the entrance as if to make sure I was ok. Not sure if he does long term/monthly, but if I had need of one, I wouldn't hesitate to book this space. Thank you Bassam🙏🏾
