You will definitely enjoy staying in this recently renovated 800 square foot apartment, with a dedicated office space, fully stocked modern kitchen, stackable laundry, as well as two spacious bedrooms, each with queen size beds. There is also a double sofabed in the living room. High speed internet is provided, as well as a 55 inch smart TV that can connect to your favourite services such as Netflix or Amazon Prime. Susan and Danny were greats hosts. Their place was pristine and exactly as advertised. For our family it better suited us than a hotel room; giving us the extra room to spread out, relax, have separate bedrooms, our own kitchen facilities and peace and quiet. The cost relative to a hotel was worth it. The upstairs tenant was very quiet and respectful. Everything you could possibly need they had. Susan and Danny went the extra mile to make this space feel welcoming and a home away from home. They are very quick to respond to any questions you may have. Nestled within the neighbourhood you’ll find another wonderful spot for enjoying the outdoors, St. George’s Park, an area of parkland that serves as the community’s centre of activity.
You are within easy walking distance from St George’s Park to Guelph’s downtown core where you can explore the many unique restaurants and boutique retailers that give the city centre it’s character.
This property is located on a quiet residential street with free parking in the driveway as well as on the street. Please note - NO overnight street parking in the winter months ( Nov to April ).
