This suite is stylish, comfortable, and super-functional for a long or short stay. The quality of the furnishings is much better than most, and I REALLY appreciated having a quality mattress to sleep on during my week-long visit. I am a bit of a princess about beds and bedding, and Jacob’s place did not disappoint. :) The location is central enough to be very convenient (walkable, and transit available right outside), but removed from the chaos of the downtown core- its in a really beautiful and safe residential area. (Think “Home Alone”-style houses, and beautiful parks.) Jacob is a lovely and very helpful host, and was quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely recommend, and hope to stay here again in future!

Jacob's apartment was lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The TV's in both bedroom and living room were very good. The couch is very comfortable. You are close to everything, walking distance to the subway station but in a very quiet beautiful neighbourhood. Jacob was an incredibly responsive host. I highly recommend his apartment and will plan to stay again.

I would stay here again if in Toronto. I was an exhibitor at Art Toronto and came with a friend for 6 nights. I lived for 30 years in Toronto and know the Rosedale neighbourhood well. This is a basement apartment but it has high ceilings, so it is not claustrophobic. Great closet space, good beds, awesome shower, beautiful washer and dryer, two large bedrooms and spacious living/dining area. We didn't use the kitchen much but it looked like it was well provisioned. Street parking was readily available in the neighbourhood. The apartment windows are high up, so the apartment is dark during the day but great for sleeping. The price was excellent given the quality of the apartment. There is one wall mounted heat pump (heating/cooling unit). We left our bedroom doors open to circulate the air to the bedrooms.

Everything about the space was amazing. The location, the decor, the amenities, and the neighborhood made us feel right at home. Jacob is an amazing host and I would strongly recommend his place, especially if you value walkability, flexible check-ins, and overall quality service.
