The view from the apartment was amazing! We were able to watch turtles swim right from the patio and enjoyed the sunrise and the sound of the waves crashing in! There’s a small gate that you can go through to get to a small section of beach during low tide and watch the turtles however something to note you can only get there through the main lobby from 9am-9pm. You can access more true beach areas going in either direction from the place. We went to the one at the end of the road it was perfect for a quiet day, shade and swimmable water. Location wise it doesn’t have a lot of restaurants near by (although a few) but with a 10-20 min drive you could get anything you needed. For value, I didn’t really look for other things to compare to with the view so it’s hard to say but a little bit more expensive than other things in that area. But again great view!

We so enjoyed staying at this condo for our 49th anniversary week! it is centrally located on Maui so we were easily able to access all the sights that we had planned to visit. We walked to the nearby harbor twice and enjoyed great food in the local restaurants there along with visiting the Maui Ocean Center; which was fantastic! We rented a car and used it for daily excursions and even took an UBER right from the condo to a luau in Wailea as my husband & I prefer not to drive at night. Our favorite times was having coffee/breakfast in the mornings when we saw multiple whales from the lanai. Take along your binoculars for an even better view! The condo itself was just the right size for the two of us. We did enjoy the lawn area one afternoon for a bit of sunbathing and the access to the very small beach was easy. We saw several families with littles one enjoying the time playing in the water; a nice little spot to enjoy without the crowds! We hope to return someday soon!
