I hosted a retreat there and fell in love with the place first time I saw it.The house was well kept with beautiful view and Gavin was very responsive for all my communication.I will definitely book it again.

Came here on a mens church group get away and the house was well accommodating for all of us. We all loved the scenery. Also, there was plenty of space and amenities. The private lake and creek behind the property were great! Definitely a place we would look into coming back to!

Had 2 kids <5, & my 94 year old dad, 12 in all. 1st day we discovered there suddenly was zero water in the house! I msg Gavin immediately stressing the number of people in the house & that we absolutely needed water ASAP. He responded right away & a plumber came the next morning. They seemed to think they had it fixed but did not last the day & we had a houseful of people who needed to get ready in the afternoon for the wedding rehearsal; then wedding on Sat. Was a continuing issue the entire weekend ; caused immeasurable added stress & loss of quality time with my family. Outside of the house was in a bit of disrepair also, likely from a hurricane & severe damage to the patio and lighting that was never repaired. 4-5 Chairs in house were falling apart and there were not just a couple but more than a dozen alligators in the little pond. No iron in the house. 1 sink MBR not working. Gavin was great; property could be special with some TLC
