we had 3 generations staying in the home and we all felt comfortable and had plenty of space. It was very comfortable and well equipped.

The home itself was great. The rating reflects three issues we encountered during our stay. 1) When we arrived the gas was shut off due to a leak. While this is not the owners fault, it took several hours for the gas to be turned back on and the heat restored to the home. It was difficult to reach the owners as they were on a cruise. 2) Spindles on the upper staircase are not attached to the floor. My two year old daughter lifted one up and could have fallen if we had not been there to catch her. Do not recommend this home for small children. 3) We received a complaint from the owners sho said the studio apartment tenant said it was loud. We were in town for my grandmothers funeral and had some family stop by to see the kids. My two year old foster child, who has trauma, was overwhelmed and started crying. I understand that it is loud, but she is a child. It is ridiculous that I get told to keep the volume at an acceptable level when I am paying for the place just like the tenant
