This place is FAR outside of main town area and there are no services of any kind unless you get back in your car. Only me & 1 person, and even with a high cleaning fee there was an envelope asking for a tip? We didn’t do it. A few hours after checking out a $75 “soiled bath towel” charge hit my account. BEWARE!
Great place to stay. It was super close to restaurants and a short drive away from Arches national park.
We had a great stay and felt right at home. The unit is spacious and very clean. Moab lodging was also highly responsive. We’ll be back for sure.
We are there for hiking and climbing. We didn't go out, and we cooked every night, so this place was perfect for us. They have a great selection of pans and plates/cups. It was very quiet at night, and we could sleep pretty well each night. Instructions of Checking in was simple and easy. And the hot-pool is always great after long hike and climbing. It seems other guests in the area are also easy to talk and well mannered. We really love this place. We will be back:)

You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.

We are fortunate enough to work and live in between Arches and Canyonlands National Parks with the La Sal Mountain range in the background.
