Sitting central on a flat grassy allotment, allowing for the luxury of space to the front and rear for relaxation, Summer barbeques and gatherings with family and friends; following long days exploring our aquamarine assets. Three spacious double bedrooms with new built in robes, reverse cycle air conditioning and classic hardwood timber features accommodate six persons overall, with two bathrooms benefiting from separate water closets and central placement. Oozing comfort, the spacious lounge presents as the ultimate evening retreat, complete with gas log fire, reverse cycle air conditioning and Plasma TV. The adjacently set meals area seats six for formal meals, with the addition of a breakfast bench and outdoor setting taking care of overflow. Culinary creators will be at home in the well equipped kitchen, hosting an upright oven with gas cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker and soda stream.
