Tongila and Ted’s home was the perfect respite for our adventurers in and around Ponte Vedra. Wonderful people and hosts! The bed and bath rooms were clean and filled with any amenity needed. Forgot something? No worries—Tongila will take care of you. We highly recommend staying with this family—they are so kind and respectful to their guests. Their home suites our needs perfectly.

Tongila, Ted and their son are exceptionally nice and sweet hosts. Everything, started with the communication prior to the visit finishing with the house itself are on the stellar level. I was provided with the detailed instructions on how to get in, where to park the car, how to get a temporary permit etc. The place itself is a nice and cozy room + a bathroom which is more than enough for even a long-term stay. My wife and I had everything we needed, i.e. towels, plates, utensils, a coffee machine and lots of other stuff. The area surrounding the house is quiet and peaceful with lots of sidewalks, golf fields, ponds and a pool. There are restaurants and grocery stores within the 5 minute drive radius from the house. And the beach is only 15 minutes away on foot (if you know where to take a shortcut) or about 10 minutes drive. My experience staying with Tongila's family is absolutely memorable. I highly recommend Close To The Beach apartment and I'll be stoked to stay at it again!

Tongila and Ted along with their Son, were amazing hosts. Upon entering my suite, the sound and vibrant photos of swimming fish made the suite so serene. The decor was was relaxing and lovely. Ted and Tongila were quick to respond to my needs and questions! What a pleasant surprise to find this beautiful suite in Ponte Vedra Beach Florida. I’ll definitely be back!
