Kitchen is equipped with a 6 burner stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, basic cooking supplies, pots & pans, coffee machine, coffee grinder + fresh coffee beans, and a blender. 50 inch TV with 155 digital channels as well as amazon prime video, Netflix, etc. There’s a drinking water dispenser in the utility room; also a bottle of water in the fridge. We have installed a sophisticated whole house clean water filtration system, so that the water is cleaned in 3 different filters. We need to change these filters every 3 months. Swimming Pool / Outdoor Pergola /Palapa Lounge / Garden NO OPEN FLAME NO SMOKING policy in the entire space except the gas stove in the kitchen. The Palapa and trees in and around the property are extremely vulnerable to fire, please do not use any open flame; no smoking in the property including all outdoor spaces. There's a water pressure fire distinguisher at the left side of the palapa. The Palapa lounge is considered an outdoor space, yet it has glass doors and windows with mosquito screens that can be enclosed. The space features a gorgeous, hand painted artwork “Rain Forest In The Rain” by artist. Note there is no AC in Palapa. Because it’s right next to the endless jungle, there are plenty of insects and they are normally larger in size than what you are used to, so be prepared! Animals might come to visit in the middle of night, please do not leave food outside - it will attract more animals or flies. You’ll hear birds singing day and night. There’s a small electric plug-in device for mosquitos, please keep it plugged in at all times to work the best. It is long lasting but slow acting; if you need to kill insects quickly, we have sprays in the kitchen cabinet next to the dishwasher. 7 meters long Pergola lounge area for outdoor dining and seating. There’s an electric grill. All utensils for grilling are in the kitchen drawer. WIFI - 500 mbps fast fiber-optic wifi, You may do zoom calls, stream, game, browse with ease. The fiber-optic wifi covers every room of the house including the outdoor space. LAUNDRY - washer/dryer in the utility room, machines are labeled in both English & Spanish. There’s laundry detergent (a blue bottle) you can use during your stay. PARKING - one car outdoor parking right in front of the house, and plenty of street parking near the house. It’s perfectly safe here. However, when you are out sightseeing, be sure to leave nothing visible in the car and lock the doors! COMMUNITY FACILITIES: There’s a small forest park in the middle of Edena Residence.
