De accommodatie was geweldig, we hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Elke avond zaten we buiten onder de gezellige verlichting. De ruimtes zijn goed op temperatuur te houden. De communicatie verliep vlekkeloos. Ik zou het zeker aanraden voor volwassen!
Me and my friends and family stayed here for 6 days. I was told a House keeper was going to come and it looks her they never even cleaned up. House keeper stole my moms Tory, m&ms and her concealers. There was also No extra toilet paper, no tissue, no rags and towels for all occupants. Host was very nice and responsive but never once have i experienced something like this! I travel alot so for shit to come up missing after was told house keeper was coming to clean when they never came blew my mind! Reasons for the bad review
This is a small oasis - Not too far from downtown yet you have your calm area. We spent every day by the pool, opening up the glass doors Would definitely recommend you to stay On top of that the recommendations from the host were perfect
Great hosts and wonderful place
My group of friends stayed at Alex’s place for my birthday and loved it. The house was clean, matched the pictures perfectly, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the main Avenida, but there are closer places nearby to get food and drinks as well. Highly recommend and hope to return someday!

Getting around is very easy, the property is located in a private street, shared only with our property, right next to Riviera Tulum Residential Area. Less than 5 minutes drive from the main avenue, shops, restaurants, etc...
We recommend you to rent a car or scooter to explore the city as there is a lot to see!
