From booking till we checked out our airbnb host and the entire team was extremely helpful! They recommended restaurants, transportation, and experiences! 100% recommend their spot when visiting Tulum!

The Airbnb is exactly how it looks in the photos - very beautiful and clean. The transportation services their concierge offer are reliable and they’re very responsive/helpful. There are multiple of these villas next to each other so you’re not alone but there’s a lot of privacy between them - we felt safer knowing there were other people in similar Airbnbs. Also, there’s security that comes around 8pm every night. I went with a few girlfriends and we generally felt safe, but I’d highly recommend getting a car. The location is 10 min from downtown and about 20 min from the beach strip (depending on traffic). It’d be a hassle to arrange taxis through the Airbnb all the time and is probably a better bet financially to just rent a car. It also gave us peace of mind, because one night we lost all electricity and had no connection either - yes, it’s the jungle - but we had no idea what was happening…so a car rental is a good idea. This way we also saw more of Tulum :)

Stayed here for my 30th birthday and the place was absolutely beautiful! SPACIOUS, quiet, peaceful, serene! I never book Airbnbs so I was a little skeptical but everything turned out great and our concierge Jessica was very helpful. 5 minute drive from downtown near lots of food and bars. Only downfall towels and bedding had stains on them, but other than that it was a great stay and I would definitely book again!
