The house is suitable for upto 9 people. There are 5 washrooms so all of us can get ready at ease. It is a gated community so we felt safe at all times. Overall the house is so beautiful and you can have a mini photoshoot inside the house itself. The host was really helpful and was available over a msg anytime. Overall a great stay and felt every penny spent for this property was worth it

Home was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with guards so that was a plus. Less than 20 mins away from most major activities in town. The home matched the description and was a beautiful stay during our trip. Only downside was We did lose power from 2am-1pm the first night so we were extremely hot and uncomfortable but that’s uncontrollable since it affects the entire tulum.

On the Property Manager/Homeowner: Ioana was extremely attentive and responsive to everything we needed during the week of our stay. On the Property: Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi only reached the 1st and 2nd floor; does not reach the 3rd floor where there is a bedroom with 2 beds and the roof. The WiFi worked best with 2-3 devices connected, any more resulted in noticeable latency. I would recommend upgrading the Wi-Fi if possible, especially given the remote nature of the property. Location: The property is very remote. There are no walkable restaurants. Taxi is needed for everything. Taxi service was very reliable provided by the owner. Private chef meal was an overpriced letdown. Would not recommend homeowner continues to do business with them. Massage therapist was great. Bike rental was overbooked and not able to help us. Listing mentioned 2 jugs of water. We got 1 and the private chef used half of it to cook. Recommend using delivery for water before stay.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente! Los detalles en la casa y la gran atención de Tudor fue espectacular. El servicio de transporte y de delivery fue muy bueno. Sin duda, vale la pena hospedarse aquí!

My friends & I really enjoyed our stay here for my birthday trip. The location seemed very close to a lot of the things we wanted to do. The transportation company they work with & helped us book was very helpful & reliable throughout our whole trip. The concierge was very helpful with any request & they responded very fast. I only wish that they came and cleaned at least a couple days into our stay as well but besides that we had a great stay. Home was as described and very spacious for the 6 of us. The chef that they offered, I booked & they cooked a wonderful Mexican brunch for my birthday that we were very impressed with because it was so good and a lot of food. We felt safe and I would definitely stay here again and recommend.
