This villa was absolutely amazing! My friends and I visited Tulum for my 40th birthday, and could not stop raving about how beautiful our villa was. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. The staff was so attentive and pleasant. They communicated very well along the way and also helped me plan most of the activities that we did. I would recommend Rogelio’s properties without hesitation.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Nimi. We had 9 people total, 4 adults and 5 kids (9-14). We flew direct into Tulum airport, the second day of international flights. The concierge arranged a van to pick us up and take us to a beach club until the house was ready. Then they picked us up and took us to the property. The house is located on the edge of the La Valeta neighborhood, which is an 18-30 minute drive from the Hotel/beach zone. We enjoyed the location as it was easily walkable to great food, beverage and shopping options. The house was very clean and spacious. It looks as cool as the photos. The staff was easy to communicate with and arranged transportation with as little as 30 minutes notice. They were responsive and helpful. Tulum is growing fast and it has changed over the past 7 years since we last visited, but would still highly recommend.

The villa was incredibly beautiful and clean. We were a total of 8 and it was so well accommodating, our family loved it. Florencio was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay here and will 100% recommend if you’re visiting Tulum.

The listing looks just like it does in photos. Very pretty, the rooms are large, bathroom in each room, the pool was nice and clean when we arrived. It is a little hard to find, but once you do, the location is great -- 4 minute walk to cute bars and restaurants, 5 minute drive to downtown Tulum, and 20 minute drive to the hotel zone. We were a group of 5 and had fun in both downtown Tulum and the hotel zone. A few things to call out if they are important to you 1. the pool is quite small & stops getting sun around 230/3pm so not the spot if you're looking for a place to tan/swim. 2. When we arrived they let us know if we got makeup or sunscreen on towels/sheets we would be charged. we were 4 girls and scared to use the towels the whole time. 3. The concierge team is very responsive. However, every service they offer is very expensive. We used the private chef and it was a bag experience -- late, food was bad, left the kitchen dirty.
