Large kitchen with all modern facilities, dining area with plenty of space around the dining table and a cozy sofa corner with a large sofa and wall-mounted TV, with plenty of room to both cuddle up and enjoy a good movie or play board games. From the kitchen-dining room you have direct access to the courtyard with plenty of garden furniture and beautiful flower pots. In extension of the kitchen-dining room, you will find the conservatory with fantastic light from the glass walls. There is also good space around the dining table. In the conservatory, you can enjoy the sun rays of early spring, and in the summer, you can prolong the day here after the dew has formed. The house has two bathrooms, one of which has a sauna at your disposal. Both bathrooms are located on the ground floor. The house was originally built in 1914, but most recently renovated in 2021. It appears nicely modernized and ready to form a nice setting for your city break in Skagen. A short walk from the holiday home you will find several of the city's exciting attractions.
