Ruta was an awesome host. She was quick to respond to messages, friendly, and provided clear instructions. Her place was lovely — nicely decorated, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Love love love this airbnb and host! Very  spacious and amazing price! The host was very helpful, beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Will definitely be booking here again.

Stay for 2 nights during February 2024 weekend, spent times on the slopes nearby (Snow Valley). Place is like brand new, easy to check-in and check-out. Host was great, left welcome note and bottle of wine, responded to all our questions very fast and positively (allowed late complementary check-out). The place is very clean (I would say above Hilton type of standard), it is large (easily accommodated 6 adults and 2 teenagers), there are lots of board games to play, one large TV in the family room, kitchen has all the amenities and even lots of cups/plates etc. Location is so-so, brand new neighborhood with some construction, and back-yard is not finished (Feb 2024). However, it's 10min drive to Friday Harbour where there is lots of things to do (for us), and also only 5 min away from Costco and lots of restaurants and shops. Thank you Ruta! We had a great time, and hopefully we will book again next time when we come to Barrie.

It was such a great stay and loved every second of it. Felt like at home and definitely it will definitely be our stay if we go to Barrie again! Amazing host and such a beautiful house. I went with 7 other friends and everyone loved it! 5 star!

Ruta's place was stunning and we all enjoyed our stay! Super spacious that our kids enjoyed hide and seek lol. We the adults enjoyed a night with the welcome wine and the great selections of board games. You can't get bored staying here!
