The Kitchen is full appointed with everything you need to cook for the family or entertain in the comforts of the townhouse. Head upstairs is an additional second living room for the kids, 4 bedroom and 2 baths. Master Bedroom: King Bed & Ensuite Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Double Bed Bedroom 4: 2 x Single Beds - Fully equipped laundry with a dryer and washing machine. - Stay connected with available WIFI. - Powder room downstair Situated just 300 meters from the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Sway Birtinya provides an ideal retreat within one of the country's largest health precincts. Minutes away from cafes, restaurants, and the Birtinya shopping complex, everything you need is within a 5-minute radius. Plus, it's just a stone's throw from the Sunshine Coast's premium beaches. Please note this townhouse is for families of travelling professionals. Not for large groups of adults or a party home, Strict noise curfews apply for the respect of the neighbours in adjacent townhouses.

There was a miscommunication about pets staying at the property and Ford Clancy went above and beyond to find a solution and were incredibly understanding of my needs as a single parent and business owner. I was very happy with the service and genuine care.
Ford Clancy Property Partners property was immaculate. From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. The beds were super comfy. The living areas were also great for families with young children. Tables had corner protectors, ample amount of toys for children to play with and comfortable couches to lounge on. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was only minutes from shopping centres, Sunshine Coast stadium and the beach was only a short drive too. They had everything you would need to get you through the first day before you needed to head to the shops and top up on things like laundry liquid,milk etc, so it’s great if you have a late check in and shops are closed. They really do make guests feel at home in their homes. This is my second property I’ve stayed at of theirs and I cannot recommend them enough (even though I wouldn’t like to, so that the property is available when I come back to the Sunshine Coast lol)
My family and I loved this stay, as a big family we often find it hard to find an affordable place that is also high quality, this is definitely a family friendly stay. The pool is a shared pool in the complex but no one was really at the pool when we visited so we got that all to ourselves which was so nice! We also had an issue with the oven and we were helped very promptly. we would definitely stay here again.

Birtinya is a central and quiet neighborhood. The property is located 1km to the Sunshine Coast Hospital, close to cafes and a number of restaurants. Birtinya shopping entre is also less than a 5min drive.
Kawana lake is across the road from the complex and provides a great space to walk, eat or play area for the kids.
