Fabulous! Spotless! Very well appointed unit with everything we needed for a very comfortable visit. Best bakery literally one minute away. Easy walk to Jean Talon Market. Parking out back was perfect. Will recommend and would rent again.

Philip’s place had all the comforts of home; even a high chair and pack-n-play for our toddler! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat!

Philip was an excellent host. The apartment is exactly like the photos and spacious up to a group of 6. The beds are extremely comfortable and the place is spotless. In addition, when we experienced a plumbing issue, Philip was immediately responsive and we had resolution very swiftly. This responsiveness is highly valued in a host. We would gladly stay here again.

Great place, spotless, convenient to have the parking space in the back. Hosts respond quickly. 25-30 minutes to old Montreal by car. 10 mins to Jean Talon Market.

This was an excellent space in Montreal. we felt very safe within the neighbourhood, and we enjoyed local amenities including Cafe Eevee and Cafe Mille Gusti. The apartment was in pristine condition and was thoughtfully decorated. We were travelling with an 8 month old, and the space was well-suited for an infant. Phillip was a wonderful host- quick to respond and he even accommodated our request for a high chair. If you want a comfortable stay in a wonderful neighbourhood in Montreal, look no further.
