Kay's Airbnb was located in a very nice area near some good food places and some beautiful scenery. The actual place ended up surpassing my expectations, it was a lot bigger with more accomodations than I expected! The room was clean and tidy and again, a lot bigger than I expected from the photos! Kay was super kind and flexible with staying at her Airbnb as well, thank you again so much Kay!

We had a lovely stay in Pleasanton. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, with a double sink and lots of room. We appreciated having utensils on hand, and the room had a balcony! Thank you Kay for being a great host!

At one time this must have been a very nice house, but it needs a lot of maintenance. The walls in the living room were very dirty, it appears the whole house needs to be painted. At least one of the rooms (off the kitchen, with the fireplace) has had a poorly built wall put up to create another room to rent. The outdoor patio space at the back of the home does not appear to be maintained at all. The flooring in the kitchen has large gaps in it. Numerous light bulbs are burned out. Knobs on drawers in the kitchen and master bathroom are lose or missing. The washing machine was broken (host said they were waiting for parts and offered to reimburse us for having to go elsewhere to do our laundry). The picture of the master bathroom has a large tub (which to be fair was not listed in the amenities), but the host left a note on it indicated it too was broken and couldn't be used. There is more, but you get the idea. She voluntarily reimbursed us $40 for our inconvenience.

The master room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It also had a TV so we were able to watch our favorite shows and movies. The area the house is located in quiet and safe to walk around the neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and responded to my inquiries promptly.
